The exchange went well. I was flustered with the busy congestion of their area but they were super helpful and met me outside so I didn’t have to walk more than a couple feet away from my car. I really appreciate their quick communication and flexibility with the pick up time. The product was easy to setup and my cat, Yoda, already likes it. 10/10 would be business again 👍🏽
