They were home and ready when I arrived, and gave me the exact address to find them easily in Elmhurst.

They were really helpful in confirming the item's condition and even sent extra pictures when I asked. It was great that they were so flexible with my arrival time.

Great experience! The cat scratcher was exactly as described—brand new and perfect quality. Smooth pickup and super easy transaction. My cat loves it already 🐾✨ Highly recommend!

They were super clear about the item's availability and the pickup location. I appreciated their patience as I navigated my travel plans to get there.

They were flexible with my arrival time despite the late hour and offered to get change for my cash payment.
