Arpita Raman was really flexible when I explained my situation with the baby and was able to arrange for a friend to help with the pickup.

Arpita was very informative about storage and how to set up the mattress. Very friendly and even helped me carry the mattress to the apartment. I appreciate that she had wrapped the mattress for easy transport.
