Audrey was very gracious, accommodating and helpful from the time we met. although we experienced some difficulties moving the product ( a large couch) she remained patient and continued to be helpful making our experience a lot less stressful...Audrey maintained the rules and guidelines which made doing business on Karrot seamless.
