Sofia

Sofia was so flexible with the pickup time, even when I asked to change it a couple of times. I really appreciated Sofia confirming the exact time and address, and they were so kind to offer to meet me downstairs.

She was very clear and responsive over text and very friendly in person!

Trustworthy. I overpaid her and she gave the cash back. Helped us move the piece downstairs too.
