she was very friendly very accommodating she even met me away from her home coming on the bus with the box with the stereo in it and that was going way out of her way as far as I was concerned I really appreciate her kindness. I was really impressed with how accommodating Kelly was, offering to meet me partway when I had trouble with the pickup location. They were super clear about the item and the need for speaker wire, and even offered to reimburse me if I found it.
