Sam kept me informed each step of the way. She lowered her price after asking me what I was able to afford. Her husband was kind to bring down the ottoman even though he had a newborn to take care of and in a carrier. I thank them both whole heartedly as they had no knowledge that I have no strength in my arms and would not have been able to lift the item. They were accommodating. Blessings to you all.
