Kelly

fantastic person to deal with Kelly shared updates on the expected arrival time while heading to where we agreed to meet. Proactive communication from Kelly ensured I knew they were traveling to our meeting spot. :)

I was so pleased with how Kelly provided extra photos and details about the shopping cart, confirming it was in good condition. Kelly was also very flexible with pickup arrangements, even offering to have their son help with the delivery if needed. Thank you!😀

They were flexible and kept me updated on timing, which made the pickup process smooth.
