They were super responsive and clear about the pickup time.

Tracey was so understanding and flexible when my new puppy caused some scheduling hiccups for pickup.

Tracey was flexible with the time for meet up. The item was as per her post and showed that it was functional. Was also willing to take back if for some reason that when I got home it wasn’t working. Thankfully no issues.

It was easy coordinating with mary to pick up the carafe, and they were ready right on time.

I loved how they were flexible with pickup timing and met me right outside. 😊
