Craig

My Uzurv driver had someone else to pick up. That was going to leave me in front of his hind to wait on my ride that was scheduled for a 12:45 p/u it was 11:35. Craig stepped up and convinced my driver to take ne home. He gave the driver tip for me. Craig You're the Man!!! I found Craig to be very clear with the pickup location and timing, even when I had trouble coordinating my ride.

Really friendly and approachable. Prompt and willingness to help.
