Alexis was super helpful and confirmed the AC unit worked well, even sending a video to show it in action before I came over. Although I would've appreciated a little more transparency around the details of the missing one side guard, just from a planning perspective, I'm still very grateful for the great price for this type of AC. Im definitely ready for this heat wave this week! Thanks again!
