Ms Deb was really clear about the meeting time and location, which made coordinating easy. I appreciated how flexible they were when I had to reschedule and they confirmed the final pickup time.

Deb is very personable, proffesional and efficient. She arrived at the agreed upon location on time. The entire transaction took only moments, not even minutes. The item actually looked better than the photos, it looked new and unused. I felt a tad guilty, I should have given her more than she asked for the item, since it was in such excellent shape.
