Alexandra gave great directions, was responsive, willing to make a deal, and was very pleasant to meet

Alexandra was super clear about the pickup location and timing. They were also helpful in answering my question about the cat shelving and letting me know it wasn't previously used by cats.

It was a pleasure to meet and talk to Alexandra. :) A good, kind human.
