Someone got this bag from me elsewhere, and I accidentally deleted the review Ranelle gave me so I just added a small review here.

Ranelle is very polite and was on time to collect. She was very understanding about the fact my phone took 10 minutes to alert me to her arrival message.

Dealing with Ranelle was super easy! Even with a few scheduling changes, she was always communicative and flexible.

It was really easy to coordinate with Ranelle; she was prompt and clear about when she'd arrive, which made everything super smooth.

We had a nice chat and some good advice was even had!
