Lego Ninjago Journey to the Skull Dungeons

Lego Ninjago Journey to the Skull Dungeons, No Side Build. Though I could not exactly find a piece that was missing, the set just feels incomplete, missing Jay and Lloyd Minifigures(missing their weapons as well as Nya's shield also). There might be a displacement problem with the cage(where the cage is put) and also the place in which the lower end of the set(the ones that resemble a stair) connect with the rest of the set just falls when you lift the set up from the top so that might not be normal but I do not know. Minifigure are in good condition, Nya's legs feel a little stiff. All stickers look applied(according to bricklink's sticker sheet), No Instructions, Box and Extra Pieces. Pick up in Bernard avenue and Yonge Street.
