Lego Ninjago Katana 4X4, Incomplete

The Katana 4 X 4 looks around 97% complete, missing the flag and some other small things(from what I have noticed). The kai minifigure is missing. The minifigures are in decent condition. Missing some weapons, and Nya spinjitzu thing. For the Stickers I can see that they are applied, but I cannot tell what percentage of them are applied and what percentage of them are missing, but I know for a fact that the stickers on the white flag looking piece is missing because the flag looking piece is missing. No Instructions, Box and Extra Pieces. Pick up in Bernard Avenue and Yonge Street, Thanks.
