Av

Av kept me informed and messaged to share they were on their way. Av kept me informed and messaged to share they were on their way. Communication with Av was clear, and they made sure to confirm pickup details.

Av asked thoughtful questions to make sure the suitcases were in good condition before choosing to take both.

She was nice and friendly. Came on time.

I appreciated how informative Av was when she couldn't make the original pickup time. She kept me updated on their changing plans and followed through to arrange a pickup today. Very polite and happy to have met her.

Ab was really flexible about pickup times, even when I needed to reschedule a couple of times. They were great about communicating when they were on their way and arrived promptly. They were clear about payment being cash only and confirmed the pickup address efficiently.

Smooth transaction and the item was as described. Thank you so much for coordinating to make it easier for me as well 😊
